Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery and returns information


Delivery:

  • Standard delivery - via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Signed For - via Royal Mail 24
  • Next Day delivery - via Royal Mail or other 24 hour courier (for larger orders)

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days of order being placed or sooner where possible, once ID verification has been approved.


All road legal plates will only be sent to the address that the intended vehicle is registered to as shown on the V5 (Logbook) unless written permission is given from the registered owner / company. A copy of your V5 (Logbook) or other approved document and a valid form of ID (with name matching the registered owner) must be sent or shown to us when placing your order. This is in order to prevent cloning / criminal activity and comply with DVLA guidelines. If you are ordering on behalf of a third party we will require their documentation and ID as well as ID from the person placing the order.  A record of your order and documentation used for verification will be kept on file as required by the DVLA. Show / display non road legal plates are not subject to this check.

Missed / non delivery:


Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when you place an order with us. Any orders returned due to non delivery (Incorrect address / missed delivery or non collection from delivery office) cannot be refunded and will require an additional charge to be re-shipped. This applies to number plates only and excludes any parts and accessories.


Damaged or missing items:


In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. All damaged items and packaging must be kept or returned to us in order for a claim to be made with the relevant delivery service.


If there is an item missing from your order, please let us know. We will send missing items out ASAP or refund you for that part of your order.


Returns:


We can only accept returns for the following items


  • Parts & accessories (Screws, bolts, sticky pads etc.) - These must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Number plates - These can only be returned if an error has been made on our part (Incorrect lettering / wording / flag). In the event of an error please let us know so we can replace or issue a full refund.


We would advise that any returns made are sent using a tracked or signed for service and are adequately insured. Please keep any proof of return.


Refunds for eligible items will be processed on return to your original payment method.
