Yes, all plates baring a registration number supplied by B63 Plates are road legal. All of our plates are manufactured to the current standard BSAU145e and comply with all DVLA / DVSA regulations. This includes all 3D Gel and 4D plates.

No, show plates or any other plates baring a name, slogan or anything other than a vehicles registration number or manufactured with non standard fonts and spacing are not road legal. Show plates are soulfully for off road and display purposes only, and should not be used on the road.

Unfortunately, no. All plates supplied by B63 Plates must comply to all current regulations set out by the DVLA. This includes fonts, sizing and spacing. We will not supply a plate (with the exception of show plates) that have incorrect spacing to spell out a name or for any aesthetic reasons. This helps protect us and our valued customers - Incorrectly spaced digits on plates can lead to MOT failures, being stopped by police and fines for both customers and suppliers.

B63 Plates is authorised and registered with the DVLA as a registered number plate supplier (RNPS). Our supplier identification number is 69806.

Our standard plates are constructed of acrylic with either Nikkalite, Oralite or 3M reflective film and laminated together. The type of reflective film used is dependant on the size and type of plate and what is available from our suppliers. All materials used conform to BSAU145e.

All printed number plates have a protective film to the front face. This film can be green, clear or opaque in colour. This protects the plate from any damage during manufacture and transport. The film can simply be peeled off before fitting to your vehicle.

We offer a variety of payment methods - For online orders we accept Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. We also accept cash on any collection orders.

Yes! Collection is welcome for orders where the customer is local. Please be aware that collection day and time must be arranged prior to ordering - We are a small business operated from home part time, with other full time work commitments! If you are collecting, please remember to bring your ID and documentation with you.
