All plates supplied are produced to current UK standards (BSAU 145e) using standard road legal fonts, spacing, lettering and include all legal manufacturer markings. A copy of your V5 (Logbook) or other DVLA certified documentation (please see below) and a valid form of ID will need to be sent / shown to us when placing your order. This is in order to verify your entitlement to the registration plates and to prevent cloning / criminal activities. A record of your order and documentation seen to verify ID are kept for up to 3 years as required by the DVLA. This information is made available upon request to the police, DVLA, DVSA and trading standards enforcement officers.
Please note all plates will only be manufactured to current DVLA guidelines. We will not manufacture plates with non standard lettering or spacing e.g. to spell out a name or for aesthetic purposes. Any requests made for this will be declined.

Registration certificate / Logbook (V5C)
New keeper slip (Green Slip)
Certificate of entitlement (V750)
Retention document (V778)
Vehicle tax / SORN reminder (V11)
Temporary registration certificate (V379)
Number plates authorisation certificate (V948 or eV948) - with a DVLA stamp
Trailer number plate authorisation certificate (eV948/2) - with a DVL A stamp
Letter of authorisation from a lease or hire company, including a fleet oporator. The letter must quote the document reference number from the V5C
A trailer registration certificate (VTRC)
Documents to confirm identity:
Driving licence (including non UK issued licences)
A bill from an electricity, gas or water supplier, a landline phone bill or a council tax bill (issued within the last six months)
Bank or building society statement (issued within the last six months)
Passport (including non UK issued passports)
National identity card
Debit or credit card (issued by bank or building society)
Police warrant card
Armed forces identity card
Registration Plates that are to be used for show or display purposes only that include non standard fonts, lettering, spacing or images are not required to undergo documentation and ID checks. Show Number Plates are generally a plate baring a name, make or model of vehicle or anything not baring a registration number. We will not manufacture show plates baring a registration number that does not conform to current DVLA guidelines.
